She has an outstanding professional career in the academic field. From January 2011 to January 2022, she served as a full professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where she taught a wide range of courses in the field of Marketing to undergraduate students.
As of February 2022, she is a research professor at EGADE Business School, where she teaches the subject of Business Intelligence at the master's level. In addition to her role as a teacher, Lucila holds a prominent position as leader of the Retail Industry Transformation research group.
Her professional experience focuses on the areas of Marketing and Business Intelligence in the FMCG industry.
Lucila's research work has been published in renowned indexed journals, such as the Journal of Product & Brand Management, the Journal of Retailing & Consumer Services and the Journal of Business Research. Likewise, she has presented his research at various highly relevant international conferences, among which the Iberoamerican Academy of Management, the Academy of Marketing Science and the American Marketing Association stand out.
Lucila is a member of the National System of Researchers Level 1, a distinction that reflects her outstanding contribution to the field of research. Additionally, she is a member of the prestigious international honor society Beta Gamma Sigma, which attests to his academic excellence and leadership.
She has a PhD in Administrative Sciences and has a Master's Degree in Administration, both degrees obtained at EGADE Business School. Additionally, she obtained his Bachelor's Degree in International Business from the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
