Former Regional Dean of the Business School for the Western Region of Tecnológico de Monterrey, since 2021 she has been Natinoal Dean of Business School.
She has extensive experience of 35 years in the Tec. She has held management positions in Effectiveness and National Planning, Special Projects for North and Pacific, Center for Strategic Studies (Retailing) and Director of the School of Business and Humanities.
She is passionate about consulting. She combines her management role with advice on strategic projects related to retail, marketing, service management, quality management and strategy in companies such as Ford de México, Ciba - Geigy, Smurfitt Cartón y Papel de México, Vitro, Zoológico Guadalajara, Pinturas Berel , Red Cross Delegation Guadalajara, Soriana, Farmacias Guadalajara, Bodesa, Arteli, Cervecería Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma, ANAM, ANTAD, Pinturas Prisa, Nutrisa, among others.
She has been a visiting professor in the United States, Ecuador, Colombia and France, and her research has been published in the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Shopping Center Research and Managing Service Quality.
She is a Biochemical Engineer graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute, with an MBA from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Doctorate in Business Administration specialized in Marketing and Retailing Strategy from the University of Phoenix.
She loves playing tennis, as well as researching and consulting on retail issues. Her passion, in addition to Tec, are her three children, Armando Luis, Jimena and Rodrigo.
